Er. Hemant Ahirwar founded Dev Designs & Engineering Services in Bhopal with one simple frustration: families in our city were being over-charged, delayed and kept in the dark while building the biggest investment of their lives.
Today his team of engineers, designers and traditional artists has delivered 20+ homes, shops and art projects across Bhopal & Sehore — every one on a published rate list with brand-name specifications, weekly WhatsApp photo updates, and stage-wise payments so the customer stays in control.
He is also the force behind Dev Designs' signature Gond & folk wall-art work — bringing Madhya Pradesh's tribal art tradition into modern homes, garages and commercial spaces, painted by local artists.
